Introductory Call
A 15-30 minute no obligation call to discuss your current financial planning considerations or investment concerns. We can learn your top line objectives and see if we have a match for our services.
Discovery Meeting
This is a complimentary and no obligation opportunity for us to learn more about your current financial situation, what you’ve accomplished so far, and your future goals. We’ll also answer any pressing questions, financial concerns, and demonstrate the benefits of our services.


Plan Presentation
In the interim between the discovery meeting and plan presentation meeting we will analyze your information and draft your financial plan in preparation for our next meeting. The plan presentation meeting is a very collaborative experience where we really dig deep into your expectations, concerns, goals, investment risk, and deliver your plan results. If you are happy with our work at this time then we can move forward with your becoming a client and we will deliver your financial plan, finalize our client engagement and discuss payment for our services.
Plan Implementation
Upon completion of our plan presentation meeting we will work together to align your financial assets with your financial plan. This often includes transferring investment accounts, implementing additional insurances, providing education around your 401k, small business, real estate, providing referrals for estate planning documents and health insurance needs and addressing additional planning considerations.


Investment Management
Our strategies include carefully screened Funds & Securities. We often utilize multi manager strategies comprised of highly rated mutual funds. The goal here is to avoid the risk of being wrong. Basically, we try to do what you might expect if you had the knowledge, tools, time and interest to do it yourself.
Plan Monitoring
At this point most clients feel a great sense of relief and confidence knowing that they have their financial affairs moving in the right direction. Ongoing plan monitoring now becomes front and center and is one of the most important, yet often least practiced steps in the financial planning process. We’ll keep an eye on your investments, and work with you to adapt your plan to the inevitable changes that life throws at you.
